GI FUNDAMENTALS

Foundational concepts and techniques of Jiu-Jitsu.​

KIDS BJJ

Ages 5 to 7 yrs. GI Jiu-Jitsu techniques, drills, and movements.​​

JRS BJJ

Ages 8 to 13 yrs. GI Jiu-Jitsu techniques, drills, and movements.​
